How To Apply Online Form
  1. Candidates must apply online only through the BSNL external exam portal. Direct Link Is Given Below.
  2. Visit the official website and click on the SET Online Registration link.
  3. Complete online registration using a valid mobile number and email ID (OTP will be sent).
  4. Fill all required details carefully in the online application form.
  5. Upload scanned documents in prescribed format:
    • Passport size photograph (JPG/JPEG, white background)
    • Signature (JPG/JPEG)
    • Upload required certificates:
    • Class 10 certificate (Date of Birth proof)
    • Essential qualification degree certificate
    • Consolidated marksheet/transcript
    • Photo ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID)
    • Category certificate (if applicable)
    • PwBD medical certificate (if applicable)
  6. Pay the examination fee online only (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card).
  7. Submit the application form after final verification.
  8. Take a printout of the computer-generated registration form for future use.
  9. After closing of registration, an editing window of 7 days will be provided for limited corrections.
  10. Admit card will be issued online only on the same registration portal.
